William Howard represents the firm’s clients in a wide range of insurance coverage, commercial defense and bad faith matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Bill was an associate with a commercial litigation and insurance coverage firm. He represented commercial defendants in an array of environmental liability, business contract dispute, medical malpractice, and products liability actions. In addition, Bill represented property and casualty insurers and reinsurers in complex insurance coverage and extracontractual liability actions.
Originally from Northern County, Bill received his undergraduate degree in 2001 from New Hampshire College, and his Juris Doctor from New Rockbridge University School of Law in 2004. While in law school, Bill served as Executive Editor of the Environmental Law Journal. Upon graduation from law school, Bill clerked in the state’s Appellate Division for the Hon. John Doe.
Bill is admitted to practice law in the state, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District. He is also admitted to the United States Bankruptcy Court.
In his free time, Bill enjoys spending time with this family and friends, swimming and rooting for New Rockbridge's sports teams.
