Stephen Marcus focuses on defending the firm's clients in a variety of personal injury, property damage, and premises liability cases. He is a member of the NH State Bar and County Bar. Steve is an active trial attorney, having defended numerous jury trials in venues across the region. Steve also routinely speaks on issues relating to litigation, regulation, coverage, and fraud associated with Rideshare Transportation Network Companies.

Steve obtained his B.A. from NH University in 2004, graduating magna cum laude. While there, Steve studied history and political science and was awarded most distinguished seminar research paper by faculty. Steve spent his Junior year abroad at the London School of Economics, achieving honors in the General Course program. After graduation, Steve managed a small legal services business in New Rockbridge. He then attended NH University School of Law, graduating in 2009.

In the summer of 2008 and throughout his third year of law school, Steve clerked for HFH Law. During law school, he was an Executive Board member of the School Law Moot Court Board, externed for the Honorable John Doe in the New Rockbridge Court of Common Pleas, served as a Teaching Assistant, and worked as a certified student attorney in the local Civil Justice Clinic.

When he is not in the office, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and friends, reading, cycling, and golfing.
